Looking For a Caribbean Tropical Vacation

I am looking to book a vacation for my family and would love to go to tropical island in the Caribbean. I am not sure what caribbean tropical vacations would be best suit my family. We are planning on going this winter to escape the cold so we want a nice warm location. We also a two kids so we want the hotel or resort to have activities for them as well as a babysitting service to watch them while we take some time for ourselves. I would greatly appreciate any help in choosing the best location for my family. We would also like to get the best possible rate.
