Who’s the one who gets to choose which is the best remote access software

I don’t understand how people can take sides in a competition that really isn’t a competition at all. When it comes to these packages that allow you to control your PC from a remote location, I don’t know that there really is something that can be called the best remote access software. The only reason why say that is because both of these packages two slightly different things and they cater to slightly different users. So what might be best for one person or one company may be totally inadequate for another. So it doesn’t make sense to be doctrinaire about it.
