Getting Management to Listen

By admin | October 27, 2009

My co-workers and I think we work in a “sick building”. Our office is located on the ground floor, which also happens to be partially underground on one side. It’s always very damp there, even in the summer, and we suspect there’s a mold issue somewhere down there. At least one of us is always sick with a cold or respiratory infection. We’ve brought our concerns to management but so far, they haven’t really addressed our concerns. We don’t need the work space to be LEED certified or anything, just safe, sound, and inhabitable. How do we get management to take our concerns seriously?
