No Longer A Joke

The knives in our kitchen have been a joke for a long time. Try and cut bread and the bread knife just rips it. Try and cut meat and you have a pretty hard time. So I was quite taken with this little device I saw in a friend’s home called the Accusharp knife sharpener. I tried it out on his knives and I was amazed at how good it was. The knives were razor sharp. I’ve ordered my own and can’t wait for it to come. It will be a pleasure working in the kitchen from now on. Can’t understand why I put up with it so long!
