Classic Cream Puff Recipe

Most people want the original way of baking and this is so true even for cream puff recipe. Have you ever tried baking using an unconventional recipe? Well, I have tried this in some of the pastries that I baked. They have been somewhat successful. Then I realized that before I try something unconventional, it would be best if I dabble into baking the classical way. In this manner, I will have a better understanding of the product itself and its original taste. This also applies on how the pastry product is being presented in its most natural form giving respect to its origin.
