Human Resources Career in the Military

After successfully completing my initial years in the military I am now in search of a military career that will lead me into a direction of my interest. Having a high interest in communication, I have decided to pursue a career in the human resources department within the military. In this career field I will gain the opportunity to use my communication skills through recruiting personnel for various positions in the military while simultaneously placing them in training programs. In addition, I will be going to local communities, high schools and colleges to inform people about the different areas of the military, and what we have to offer them. In addition I will explain what careers and experiences they can gain from entering the military. As well, my duties will be to eventually develop the skills needed to train and instruct classes to other military personnel on how to properly complete their jobs and collect information.
