How To Keep Blinds From Looking Bad

In my home it is important to me that it stays clean and that it looks great at all times. When my home is clean and clutter free than I am able to relax after a long day at work. I do not feel like I should be running all over the place and I will not have to worry about losing any sleep. However, that means that once a week I deep clean the entire home.
The hardest part of doing this is making sure that I properly clean the Venetian blinds. These are the best window treatments to have because they are easy to care for and they look great in any home that you have. They are easy to get your hands on – but they are not tacky looking like the plastic blinds.
The first thing that I have to do when cleaning these is to take a damp cloth and to wipe away all of the dust and grime from it. This is not too bad or too hard because I am able to keep up on it and to do it once a week. After that is done I take a bowl full of warm water and wood cleaner with a damp rag.
I than proceed to clean the Venetian blinds one by one. By doing this they look in great condition at all times and they are not coated in tons of dust that might make me sick or cause the allergies to flare up. It might be tedious – but it gets the job done right and I do not have to worry about replacing them any time soon.
