Should a Prom Dress Conform to School Dress Codes?

One girl from Madison High wore the type of Prom Dress that got her into serious trouble when she attempted to go her senior prom. She wasn’t allowed in due to the cut of her specially made garment. It was deemed as too revealing, having very little material to cover up her chest. The skirt was very short too. All in all she took a huge risk in choosing such a dress. All schools have dress codes, and she violated it according to her principal. She wanted her entrance money refunded. The girl was arrested after police were called to a disturbance following the incident.
