Cooking Classes This Year

This is the year that I learn to cook. I mean really cook. I can prepare simple meals and I’m an ace with the charcoal grill, but I want to be able to do fancy dishes like in the gourmet magazines and I want to learn to bake.
There are some really good cooking classes online, and I think I’ll either check those out or maybe even look for an actual class here locally. I was tempted to just work my way through Julia Child’s first cook book like so many other people have done, but I’d probably benefit from some actual instruction.
