Legally Claiming Back Unfair Credit Card Charges

After receiving my last credit card statement, I was extremely bewildered with charges that had been added to my credit card that I never use. As I have been trying to pay down the balance month after month it had appeared that my balance was not getting any lower. I could not understand because I pay my bill each month on time so that I will not accrue any additional fees. After finding out that I had been charged unfair fees by my credit card company, I did a little research and found out that there is help available in legally claiming back credit card charges that were charged to my already existing debt.
