Potty Training

My dog likes to pee everywhere. I mean everywhere. Yesterday, he peed on the couch while we were watching a movie. I don’t understand why. He’s not that old where he would have bladder problems and he’s not a puppy. In fact, we trained him. We did everything you are supposed when potty training a beagle puppy but still it didn’t work. I think maybe he has a bladder problem. We are going to take him to the vet because we feel like this isn’t just poor training but a serious problem. After we trained him, he didn’t pee at all but lately he has so we think it might be a special problem with fixing.
