A Babysitter Wanted Ad Landed Us a Fantastic Sitter

I work the evening shift, and my husband and I have about a three hour window when we need someone to watch our two children until he gets home from work. I had asked some teenage neighbors if they would be interested, but none of them seemed mature enough to be in charge of my active kids. I went online and posted a babysitter wanted ad, and I immediately started getting emails from interested individuals. I was able to screen them based on their experience, and I interviewed the ones that I thought might work. Now we have a great sitter that we and our kids like.
