Self hypnosis vs. hypnotherapy

By admin | April 10, 2009

It is not something you can do on your own and get the same results.  When I did my hypnotherapy london it was after I had tried self hypnosis.   The major difference is that in hypnotherapy I worked with the therapist to determine exactly what I wanted to accomplish.   The sessions were then directed specifically to my needs and desires.  After we had work together to identify those, and that was not always easy,  the therapist then worked with me to give me suggestions for my mind to absorb and accept.  When I worked with the self hypnosis the suggestions were general and not directed to my specific needs.
