My Five Top Tai Chi Health Benefits

I do Tai Chi for five reasons.  I started about 8 months ago, and I have progressed at it quite well.  It wasn’t easy at first, but now I have settled into doing my best and taking my time to perform each movement as I concentrate on them.  My top five tai chi health benefits include heart heath, nervous system health, muscle strength, bone health and brain health.  I have found that I feel energized these days.  I never lose anything anymore and I have never felt more mentally clear about life.  It is fun and it is the best thing I ever did for myself.
