I Have Been Wrong all This Time

Like most women, I love chocolate. However, I have always been afraid to eat it much. I heard as a teenager that it caused acne, and I didn’t want to deal with that any more than I already was. When I got older, my reasons changed. I worried about the caffeine it contained, and wondered if it would raise my cholesterol. But I just read some Fun Chocolate Facts that told me I have been wrong all this time. Chocolate does not cause acne, nor does it effect a person’s cholesterol level. And the amount of caffeine it contains is really quite minimal compared to other sources.
