Botanical vitality,

By admin | October 16, 2009

For a completely safe and effective form of balance training to gain Botanical vitality, I recommend tai chi, the slow motion, and patterned movements sometimes called “Chinese shadow boxing” or “swimming n air.” This is what millions of Chinese do as morning exercise, and it is especially popular with the elderly because it is gentle and graceful as well as empowering. Research   shows that older people who practice tai chi are less likely to fall and less likely to suffer   injury if they do fall. For this reason, some doctors I know are trying to introduce this form of exercise into nursing homes and assisted-living facilities.
