What Causes The Bipolar Disorder

By admin | October 9, 2011

There are going to be things that we hate and that we are going to have to deal with when we get older. We have to understand the best way to handle certain situations, college, or even medical conditions that we were hoping never to have to deal with. One condition that is hard to have to understand and deal with is bipolar disorder.

If you think that you have this problem than the doctor will set up a bipolar test to evaluate your life and your medical history. According to health research it is not fully understood what causes this disorder to occur. They do know that the nerves in the brain that control the emotions will often back fire.

For most people their family has a history of depression or bipolar disorder. This means that you are likely to have the problem as well. Of course you might not even notice it or it might not get too bad until you are much older. For some people they have this problem for several years without even realizing it because it is not yet at the point where we have to worry so much about it.

While we do not fully understand the bipolar disorder causes, we do know that things like lack of sleep, too much alcohol, and stress will aggravate the problem and make things a whole lot worse. That is why you need to learn how to remove the stress and not abuse any hard substance.
