the ones that really count

i have been doing alot of deadlifts and pull ups the last few weeks and it is the best thing that i have done in a long time. i have not been doing that many pull ups in the past but i have always done deadlifts. The thing here is that i wanted to do workouts that only had exercises in them that are tough and that actaully get the job done the way that i want them to.these are good flat abs exercises to. this is why i have shortened the workouts thati am doing and upped the intensity tht i have been doing them at.
