Spinal decompression needs commitment

In spinal decompression therapy, the patient is harnessed to a special table. This table has a traction device controlled by a computer. The traction device gently stretches your spinal vertebra to help relieve any compression and you are not supposed to feel any pains. A typical session of this therapy lasts about 30 minutes. You will need to attend several sessions each week in order to experience the maximum benefits of the treatment. Some patients need up to 20 sessions of spinal decompression in order to experience relief. If you are taking spinal decompression therapy it is important to be patient and have perseverance.
