The Fee to Reload a Prepaid Credit Card

I was hunting online for the perfect prepaid mastercard for my brother. He was young and had mismanaged his money a bit. It wasn’t anything that wouldn’t repair itself in time, but for now he needed something to use for a credit card. I found a website that seemed to have a good deal on them. They did charge to load the credit cards, but I felt as though the fee was reasonable. I wasn’t sure if my brother would feel the same way though.
