Recover from last year

When my credit got messed up last year, I felt lost. I decided that this is going to be the year that I turn everything around. I am going to look into and obtain loans for people with bad credit so that I can pay off all of my credit cards. I am going to work a second job so that I can quickly pay off the loans, and rebuild my credit. I think that I should be able to recover from last year.
