The help that a radio host had given

I went down to the pet store this morning to pick up some new goldfish for my daughter. They had both died at once the night before and I wanted to replace them right away. While driving down to the pet store I listened to the radio in my van. There was a computer related radio show on. The host of the show was telling a woman from Tulare about how to fix error 1068. I liked the solution he gave her.
