I don’t know what attracted me to 3 mobile. mobile phone coverage in my area in the 1st place. I think I just took pot luck. They have always looked after me even when I had a problem like a phone being lost or stolen etc. They have always sorted it out with the minimum of fuss and have never made a mistake. I have had a mobile for about 4 years now. I have always been with 3 mobile quite simply because they have never given me any cause to leave. Call clarity and signal coverage is nearly always excellent and their customer service and Pac Code are high standard too. The only slight niggle I would have with the customer service is that sometimes it is difficult to get through to speak to someone. All in all, 3 mobile are an excellent provider if you are one of the few yet to invest in a mobile phone.
