Need Some Serious Debt Advice Now

After I graduated from college I assumed that I would get a job pretty quickly. I relied on that a bit too much actually. I started to rely on my credit cards too much. I did eventually get a job but it took some time and did not pay as much as I had hoped for. I need some serious debt advice now. I want to get out of this hole that I have gotten myself into. I know that I am not going to be able to do it overnight but I do want to do it with some help.
