Why you should keep a vehicle fleet log for car operations

There is no way that anyone can stay on top of fleet operations without the necessary documentation. When you manage a large volume of cars you have to have a vehicle fleet log for recording important details. The lifecycle of the car is documented so that you know when to service a vehicle and when to dispose of it. Having the right records makes the job easier and also provides additional documentation to support the sale of the vehicle. Without documentation, staying on top of the day to day requirements of a car pool becomes much more difficult and makes it more likely that things will go wrong.
