The easiest Halloween craft a kid can make is a balloon ghost. All that is required is white plastic bags, balloons, strings and colored pens to draw the face. Take a balloon and fill it up with air. Place the balloon inside the plastic bag. Tie a string round the bottom of the bag to make a neck.
