Michael Jackson received the ‘Living Legend Award’ at the 35th Grammy Awards in Los Angeles. In 1993 he was charged with child sexual abuse for the first time. The matter was later settled out of court. In 1994, he married Lisa Marie Presley, daughter of Elvis Presley. The marriage lasted only for two years and they divorced later. He then released the best love songs in 1995 which was again a huge hit. The songs from this album also topped the charts. In September 1996 he began his HIStory world tour. He married his longtime friend, Deborah Jeanne Rowe during this tour in Australia.
